Returns Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of research-grade peptide compounds, Peptera Research maintains a strict returns policy to ensure product integrity and safety for all customers.
1. General Policy
All sales are final. Due to quality control and safety requirements, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, reconstituted, or removed from their original sealed packaging.
2. Eligible Returns
We accept returns or issue replacements only in the following circumstances:
- Damaged in transit: Product arrived with a compromised seal, broken vial, or visible damage to the packaging.
- Incorrect product: You received a compound that does not match your order.
- Certificate of Analysis discrepancy: The product does not meet the purity or identity specifications stated on the Certificate of Analysis.
3. How to Report an Issue
- Contact us at info@pepteraresearch.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and lot number.
- Provide clear photographs of the damage, incorrect product, or packaging.
- Do not discard the product or packaging until the claim is resolved.
4. Resolution
Once we verify the claim, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Replacement shipment of the same product at no additional cost
- Full refund to the original payment method
- Store credit for future purchases
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after claim approval.
5. Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened or reconstituted
- Products stored improperly after delivery (see our storage guidelines)
- Orders where the claim is submitted more than 48 hours after delivery
- Change-of-mind purchases
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After 2 hours, orders enter the fulfillment queue and cannot be cancelled. Contact info@pepteraresearch.com immediately if you need to cancel.
