Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
2. Shipping Methods
All orders ship via tracked carriers. Available shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): USPS Priority Mail or equivalent
- Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days): FedEx or UPS Express
- Overnight Shipping: Available for time-sensitive research needs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected method.
3. Cold Chain and Packaging
Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short transit periods. However, during warmer months or for extended transit times, orders may be packaged with insulated materials and cold packs at no additional charge to maintain product integrity.
If your research requires guaranteed cold chain shipping, please contact our team before placing your order.
4. Tracking
A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships. You can use this number to monitor delivery status through the carrier's website.
5. Delivery
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Peptera Research is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs processing.
Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the package for any signs of damage. If the package appears compromised, document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited or overnight orders. Certain compounds may be subject to additional shipping restrictions based on state or local regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address if we believe the order may violate our Terms of Service or applicable law.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or arrives damaged, contact us at info@pepteraresearch.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, arrange a replacement shipment.
